

Integrative Systems: Turning Massive Covid-19 Challenges into Meaningful Opportunities
As 2020 draws to a close, I am moved and excited at the same time to reflect on our plans and goals from the start of the year. We had made the INC 5000 list – as one of the fastest growing companies at the beginning of the year; we had significantly increased our workforce and were confident to beat our forecasted revenue and profitability numbers in 2020.
As it turned out, the impacts of the Covid pandemic have been unique yet challenging, requiring all of us to think and act in new ways. We found ourselves in unchartered waters with uncertainty at every level of the organization.
Throughout this tough period, we at Integrative, have relied on our value system and have remained focused on being there for each other first and for each one of our stakeholders – everyone we touch and is within our business ecosystem. And, we have continued to steadfastly focus on keeping our customers’ success ahead of ours and at the same time continuing to provide the best supporting and nurturing environment for our employees.
We have navigated successfully through 2020 and remained in a strong financial position. We have beaten our revenue and profitability numbers from 2019 and we have continued to invest in all areas of our business. We not just successfully retained all of our workforce throughout the year, but had gone on a hiring spree in the closing months of the year and added substantially to our headcount as the year came to a close.
Just as we have diversified and modernized our offerings to better serve our customers in a rapidly transforming environment, we have and are continuing to evolve our brand to reflect that approach. We have grown in all of our business lines – software development, back office optimization services, mobile application development and digital marketing services.
Most importantly, we have added an entirely new line of business to our services – digital marketing – which we started in mid 2019 and I am very happy to report that as of today, we are supporting external clients and a few are already in the pipeline for 2021.
We very much appreciate the opportunity to serve each and every one of our customers. We have learned many valuable lessons over the past few months, and I am incredibly proud of the resilience and flexibility our employees have shown in prioritizing our customers’ needs during these difficult times.
As our minds are focused on closing the door on an eventful 2020, we at Integrative, have now understood the importance of balancing work with life more than ever – hence continuously remind ourselves of the importance of other priorities in life like spending time with family members, rejoicing in the comfort of friends and primarily learning to enjoy solitude.
Here’s to hoping that 2021 rings in with a phenomenal note for all of us…
