Tom is a respected, high energy technology executive with a wide array of expertise, including business development, IT strategy, digital transformation, program / project management, and application development. Able to articulate and drive vision, Tom applies over 30 years of experience collaborating with business owners to create technical solutions that achieve the goals of the organization.

At Integrative Systems, Tom’s primarily responsibilities are developing new business and ensuring customer success in meeting project goals for timeline, budget, and desired functionality. Tom’s additional duties on the delivery side include business consulting and project management.

Prior to joining Integrative Systems, Tom’s career was centered on retail and distribution industry technology, with time evenly split between consulting and corporate roles. Tom’s consulting experience includes work with both Deloitte and PriceWaterhouse Coopers, where he led Merchandising / ERP package selection and implementation engagements for over a dozen Tier One retailers.

On the corporate side, Tom led application development for a 1,600 college bookstore chain for a stretch of 15 years, leading major IT transformation implementing new ERP, Point-of-Sale, Business Intelligence, ecommerce Order Management / Fulfillment, Predictive Analytics, and Merchandise Planning, all using IBM iSeries as the transaction engine and data hub. Tom also led .NET agile / custom development for a new ERP system providing unique functionality to manage the textbook business.

Tom has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
