My extensive experience in understanding and translating end-user requirements in terms of digital solutions allows me to deliver high-quality graphics crafted on the foundation of creativity.
As a Graphic Design Manager at Integrative Systems, I am bridging the gap between client and graphic operations team in a way to achieve agreed SLAs. Right from creating a robust operational practice to channeling the change, I ensure that I establish effective communication within my team.
In last 10 years of my professional life, I have managed business units that ensure operational excellence in multiple business parameters. These business units are responsible for increasing the bottom line and working in parallel with the account teams to increase the top line revenue.
I began my career serving at the grassroots levels of graphic design and transitioned multiple positions successfully.
This has helped me understand the ground level problems thus making me the right mentor to take up challenges at various levels. It is this decade of experience, skill & exposure at different levels that helps me contribute effectively to Integrative Systems.
I have a Bachelors in Arts and quite a bunch of other certifications like Digital Visual Communication, Stakeholder Communication and Building Client Relationship, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing that makes me a professional who can take up different kinds of roles.
Personally, I love playing cricket in my free time and relaxing by listening to music over a quite dinner on the weekends with my family. I also love travelling and thoroughly enjoy exploring unsung places. It gives me a much needed breather to pause, recuperate and start my endeavors afresh.
