Amit has 20+ years of experience in the IT industry, managing overseas clients and operations for global enterprises.
He has managed complex engineering teams and their operations, developed strategies for the engineering team, created processes for efficient production, while ensuring that quality standards are met. Amit also provided technical direction by coordinating across departments, and working with multiple stakeholders to ensure that engineering goals are achieved.
His Specialties : ERP, Business Process Improvement, Agile Project Management, ITIL, Lean 6 Sigma Enterprise Black Belt, and a Professional Scrum Master. At Integrative Systems, Amit leads and manages the entire Microsoft line of services. He ensures that all our customers’ accounts are managed seamlessly, delivered on time, within the defined scope and budget.
He sets the technical direction for the internal development team and manages team resources. Amit specializes in building high-performance teams, driving profitability and growth through innovative solutions, and executing effective go-to-market strategies. He drives cross-functional projects and processes forward with speed and accuracy. Amit has an analytical and technical mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Amit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Pune University and Certification in Certified Scrum Master, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, SAFe Agile Certification, PMP Certification and many other certifications.
Amit loves to explore new places, experience different cultures, learn more about the world, and meet new people. Traveling has been a great way for Amit to broaden his horizons and gain a better understanding of the world.
