Daya (Dayananda) has over 19 years of IT experience, he holds a bachelor’s in engineering degree from Bangalore university, started career as developer on legacy IBM mainframe and iSeries technologies, later moved on to Microsoft technologies. He has performed various roles like developer, technical lead, Project Manager and program manager in his career.

He has handled various kinds of projects of various sizes under his leadership. A quick learner and highly motivated team player as well as team leader, Daya is certified Prince2 Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL – Expert. He has a combination excellent technology competency and mature understanding of project management concepts with team management capabilities.

At Integrative, Daya is responsible for scaling up the overall strategic operational efficiency of the projects delivery from India, steer client relationship management, value engineering, continuous process improvement. He is also responsible for handling software product team.

Daya likes to travel a lot and interested to know different places and cultures, likes music, also a food lover. His other hobbies include Trekking, and personal finance.
